While communication is the key to solving a lot of issues, the effectiveness is best delivered when the mode of communication is most favorable to the audience that it is aimed at. It is in this effort to deliver an effective communication and in order to sensitize the corporate environments on creating respectful work culture, that Training Sideways, an art based soft skills behavioral training company, created 'Lets not Talk about it.' A '75 min immersive theatre experience' which combines fun and learning, it is an interactive play with multiple stories which brings forth key aspects of gender equality, inter-generational diversity, stereotyping, Prevention of Sexual Harassment & mutual respect urging the participants to 'Start Talking About it."

The stories are anchored by a Senior Trainer who presents the show and engages with the audience in conversations about the respective topics. The format consists of 8 short plays and the finale is a 'forum theatre' activity where a problem scene is played out by the actors and then the audience first identifies the 'inappropriate' behaviors and then goes ahead to direct the actors to help resolve the situation.

Having delivered over 500 interventions for around 150 clients, Training Sideways has been in business since 2011. It is a venture of evam, India's pioneering, and award winning theatre based arts entrepreneurship which has been working in the areas of performing arts, arts education and arts management since 2003.
