Dr. Saundarya Rajesh, I am delighted to present to you - "Future of Work" - a monthly news bulletin from the AVTAR Group that focuses exclusively on Diversity and Inclusion. As we unveil the very first issue of FOW, in a year whose theme is "Pledge for Parity", I urge you to join me in sharing news, views and perspectives about this vast field of discussion - D&I. Being witness to the radical transformation of the Indian corporate landscape over the last few decades resulting in a workforce structure that is as diverse as ever and work styles redefined by technology, I believe this is not aspirational, but imperative! This newsletter is a modest effort of ours to include you in this journey, to give you a roadmap-of-sorts through contributed articles from D&I practitioners in the country on varied dimensions of D&I of Gender, Generation, PwD, culture et.al, to give you access to in-house research reports on D&I and most importantly encourage exchange of views on D&I within the management fraternity.
